The name behind the successful results

Dr. Perminder Bhatia, MD

Dr. Perminder Bhatia is a certified Neurologist, Principal Investigator for Clinical Trials and Director at Neuro Pain Medical Center. He completed his MBBS from Punjab, India in 1986 and Neurology Residency from State University, Buffalo, NY in 1997. He was the Vice Chief, Dept of Medicine at Rideout Memorial Hospital and is now the Chief at Division of Neurology, Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresno.

Since 2003, Dr. Bhatia has completed more than 100 clinical trials and published research paper on “Lesion Location Related to Type of Affective Disorder After Stroke“.

Physician Assistant

David Baker, PA-C

David Baker studied Public Health Sciences at CSU, Fresno and went on to Stanford University Medical School PA program and certified in 1991. He is a board certified Physician Assistant with emphasis in Neurology. David Baker also served as Paramedical Officer with the US Coast Guard from 1979 to 1986.

David is also American Red Cross CPR and Lifesaver Trainer and maintains ACLS certification. Additionally, he is registered with Dept of Justice Drug Enforcement Agency and provides support for all of our clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator.


Our clinic is equipped with latest testing technology. Available tests include EMG, Electro Encephalogram, Carotid Doppler, Transcranial Doppler, Bone Density Scan, Discal Decompression and Infusion Center.


We speak your language. Our compassionate staff is ready to help in English, Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. There will be no linguistic barriers in care – if required, we can also arrange for professional translation services.


Our online patient portal will available to all our patients 24×7 all year round. You can use this portal for viewing lab results, electronic prescriptions and refills, emailing your doctor for basic questions and much more.


We accept all major health insurance plans including HMO, PPO, Anthem, Molina, Aetna, Medi-Cal and Medicare. If you are unsure about your plan and coverage, please speak to our staff and they will be happy to check it for you.
